The Story Behind Paper Plane Therapy
Every journey begins with a small shift.
A paper plane starts as something simple: flat, still, and not going anywhere. With intention, small adjustments, and the right perspective, it becomes something capable of movement.
Therapy works much the same way. Together, we'll make sense of life's challenges, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Meet the Owner and Therapist behind Paper Plane
Therapy that feels collaborative, thoughtful, and genuinely human.
Hi, I'm Camren.
I work with women and couples navigating anxiety, OCD, and the transition into parenthood. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, pressure, or pretending everything is okay.
Therapy should make sense. Together, we'll understand the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical tools that help you move toward lasting change.
specialties
While every client's story is unique,
these are the areas I most commonly work with in my practice.

Anxiety
Anxiety can make your world feel smaller, keeping you stuck in overthinking, what-ifs, avoidance, or the need to feel certain. Together, we'll understand the patterns keeping anxiety in control and help you respond differently, so you can spend less time managing fear and more time living the life you want.

OCD
OCD can make you question the things that matter most, pulling you into cycles of intrusive thoughts, doubt, checking, reassurance, avoidance, or mental rituals. Together, we'll work to break the cycle, build your ability to tolerate uncertainty, and help you spend less time answering to OCD and more time living your life.

Motherhood
Motherhood can be deeply meaningful and still feel harder than you expected. Guilt, pressure, the mental load, and constantly caring for everyone else can leave little room for you. Together, we'll make space for the parts of motherhood that aren't always talked about and help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself again.

Parenthood
Becoming parents can reshape your relationship, routines, priorities, and the way you relate to each other. Changing roles, expectations, and responsibilities can create distance even when you still love each other deeply. Together, we'll work through those growing pains so you can reconnect, communicate more openly, and feel like a team again.

Relationships
Relationships can feel especially hard when you keep having the same conversations without getting anywhere. Miscommunication, resentment, unmet needs, or disconnection can leave you feeling stuck. Together, we'll understand the patterns playing out between you, strengthen communication, and help you build a relationship that feels more connected, secure, and understood.
